International Deliveries: For countries outside USA, delivery times and availability may vary. Please contact us for further information.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Payment for Shipping
Shipping fees are included in the total amount payable at the time of delivery or collection, as we do not process payments online.

4. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons (such as holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, we will contact you for an updated address or further instructions. Shipping fees for resending packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

11. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
